ALLITERISEN must have only 7 syllables in each line (isosyllabic)
with aabbccd rhyme scheme and one alliteration per line.
We are in the throes of monsoon season. It has been raining furiously. I felt nostalgic and remembered the rainy days of past when it was welcomed with joy and splashing in rainy puddles without any care was cathartic.
Now rains means flooded streets and life at standstill plagued with disease and illness. Heavens break loose and life stalls.
rainy day aeons ago
only full of joy's outflow
cosily couched in corner
lost in great tales of grandeur
now sadly wade through soiled grime
fearing fall in gutted slime
deluged lands in dire despair
